SALES / DISTRIBUTION / MARKETING

We guide producers through the sales and distribution process, and can assemble creative teams to execute strategy. We will act as producer’s rep, will discern where a project sits in the marketplace with regard to festivals and potential sales, gauge buyer interest and will represent clients at festivals and markets.


SALES AGENTS

- We have relationships with domestic and international agencies around the world, and can provide feedback on which may be a best fit for a project

- We personally handle submissions to each company

- We will vet sales estimates

- We handle the review/negotiation of sales agency agreements and territorial pre-sales

PRODUCER'S REP

- We will liaise with appropriate sales and distribution partners, domestic and abroad, to solicit offers on behalf of a project

- We will estimate sales projections based on market comps

- We can organize and set up buyer screenings with or without a publicist

- We will assemble marketing and creative teams, including publicists and digital marketing to: execute strategies, build audience, gauge buyer interest

RIGHTS MANAGEMENT

- Portfolio Management (exploitation of ancillary and secondary rights, second-cycle sales)

- Revenue Management and Collections

- Third Party Royalty Reporting

- Management of guild residuals obligations

DOCUMENTARIES

We work with both producers and distributors of documentary projects to handle the specific needs of nonfiction filmmaking, including:

- General production contracts

- Review archival footage, still photo and music licenses to ensure compliance with distributor requirements

- Coordinate and track delivery documentation

- Advise on sales and distribution options, and negotiate agreements
